I am highly disturbed with Ivory White. They were only authorized to with draw a $1.00 shipping fee from me. Then they charged me 78.40 for the 1st mo. I never ordered the 1st mo. and have not even had time to try the “free trial”. A call to the customer service line was no help at all. This is a scam and these people should be prosecuted to the limit. This type of consumer “rip-off” must be stopped.

I just got off the phone with them. They would not give me a refund. i signed up for free trial. i canceled with in the time specified. from their supposed no hassle cancel system. according to them, their system did not cancel. they would not give me refund.. im sending them their product back and im calling my bank to despute the charges.
