In fact, hydrogen peroxide can be best used as a mouthwash which can help you get rid of all the bacteria and thus avoid plaque.

It has also been proved that hydrogen peroxide plays a vital role in whitening of the teeth. However, you need to make sure that hydrogen peroxide is used in very little quantity. It is highly recommended that you dilute the hydrogen peroxide along with water and use as a mouthwash to keep problems at bay.
