I find it amazing that people “DO NOT” read the small print. Do they not realize this is where they are caught in a trap? When we sell our equipment we ask what state the potential client is in to make sure they do not purchase our equipment and learn they cannot sell them because of state regulations.
Teeth’s whitening is a multibillion dollar industry and everyone wants to jump on the band wagon for the ride. Because of cheap lights coming in from outside the US, these new startup companies find themselves in over their heads by not having proper training and many receive Cease and Desist letters, some are fined and getting shut down. Lots of gimmicks are being created trying to drive everyone to their products. The scam companies are giving teeth whitening a bad name.

If you feel this is a hoax, look at children who do not abuse their teeth with cigarettes, wine, coffee or tea.
